New Business Sales Account Manager - Corporate
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join JobServe's expanding sales department as a New Business Account Manager within the corporate team.
This role is predominantly focused on generating and obtaining new business. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate strong account management skills to manage existing accounts, including cross selling and up selling.
The role:
- Targeting new business customers over the phone
- Successfully sell a range of online recruitment products
- Enhance the brand name of the business and increase the company's market presence
- Prepare and present online demonstrations
- Client facing meetings
Required Skills:
- Ability to sell into new and existing customers,
- Identify client needs, handle objections, negotiate and close deals via the telephone
- Previous sales/telesales experience
- Pro-active in their approach with a can-do attitude
- Motivated by targets and results orientated
- Committed to achieving the sale
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Well organised with good communication skills
You will be a results driven individual who has strong over the phone sales skills with a proven record of developing new business and building successful client relationships.
