People go into relationships thinking its a fifty-fifty deal.? Although that?s ideal, it doesn?t work that way.? Oh, there are definitely personal benefits that come from being in a relationships, whether it?s with friends or a spouse.? We are created to need to be in community with others.?

The problem is fifty-fifty can?t be your motive.?

If?you can depend on God?s love?to meet your needs, then you can be more other-centered in a relationship than self-centered.? That?s what real love is.?(1 Cor 13:4-7) ?It?s about giving more than taking.?

If you really want to turn a relationship around, Here is a list of ten ways to give into better relationships.

1)??? Give others an impression of God.? Be God?s love with skin.? God loved us first so we can love others.

?No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.? 1 John 4:12

?2)??? Give others patience.? This is number one?on the check list for love.??(Love is patient, kind ?)?

The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love.? Ps. 145:8

?Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry.? James 1:19

?3)??? Give others kindness.??

?Kind words are like honey?sweet to the soul and healthy for the body.? Prov 26:24

They pretend to be kind, but don?t believe them.? Their hearts are full of many evils.? Prov 26:25

?Pride ends in humiliation, while humility brings honor.? Prov 29:23
