The Pure Blood Scottish Canary (Scotch Fancy Canary) is a native of Scotland, where it was raised in the first half of the nineteenth century and, since the beginning, has enjoyed a great popularity due to his hunched position.
It is a medium sized bird, reaching a length of approximately 17 cm. Its body is long, narrow and makes a curve with a crescent shape, convex at the top and concave to the bottom, with clean contours, starting from head to tail. They need to be treated carefully, kept in a roomy cage which is clean and built at a distance of 1-2 m in height, in a warm and bright place.
